Our client a leader in the retail/wholesale of jewelry is hiring a Bilingual (French/English) CSR & Admin to work at their head office located in Markham.

Pay: $21/hr
Location: Markham- Warden & 14th Ave
Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm, 37.5hrs/week
Contract: 4-5 months with opportunity to become Permanent

Bilingual (French/English) CSR & Admin
- Work in a small office environment taking orders over the phone and answering customer inquiries

Requirements:
- Fluent in French & English
- Experience working in customer service in a call centre environment
- Administrative experience and have advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- SAP experience an asset
- Strong communication skills and empathic to customer needs
- Retail experience an asset
- Business Administration degree or related diploma
