full time Site Experience Manager (Mississauga, ON)

Come join Intuit as a Site Experience Manager for our new Mississauga location. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business.

As a Site Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering on revenue and business priorities by creating and managing execution of strategy on our small business Web sites. As a specialist and a generalist in the online disciplines, you need to live, eat, and breathe the Web. You will work with highly-skilled designers, writers, SEO experts, and developers to create compelling, effective, and innovative Web experiences that sell and fulfill and surpass customer expectations - and result in class-leading user satisfaction and conversion. You will also closely partner with marketing managers to create and deliver effective communications within the Web channel. This position will be based out of our Mississauga office and reports to the Country Manager for Canada for Intuit Global Business Division.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Drive unit and revenue growth on the small business Web sites for our Global Business Division
? Understand and manage the Web channel to common success metrics (e.g., conversion, revenue, task completion, customer satisfaction)
? Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs and facilitate the development and rollout of new Web content, features, and tools
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and information technology to deliver end-to-end experiences
? Build user-centric design processes into how the team works; lead and participate in customer-based research as applicable
? Help drive long-term Web strategy by balancing design trends, technology, and customer needs
? Assist in development of the annual Web strategy and supporting marketing plans (e.g., including consulting with marketing team on traffic generating activities)
? Help business leaders understand and manage towards fiscal year revenue goals, including weekly assessment of how/why we are hitting or missing projections
? Recommend course correction strategies to get back on target
? Coordinate creative and information designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure that Web projects are implemented on schedule
? Manage agency relationships and ensure they consistently adhere to business unit brand and product guidelines
? Partner with product marketing teams to understand their overall business goals
? Partner across Intuit Global Business Division and US teams to leverage best-in-class learning and fast track innovation
? Ability to effectively manage employees across different geogrpahic time zones and regions

Proven experience in a role that significantly shaped the user experience on the Web, such as Producer, Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or User Experience Manager
? A clear track record of leading growth (i.e., increased conversion rates) in the Web channel, preferably for a company selling technology-related products directly to consumers and/or small businesses
? Ability to develop a strategy and frame the communication for action to drive a team and cross-functional support
? Exceptional understanding of Web site design, UI design principles, and information architecture; solid understanding of usability testing, split (or multivariate) testing, Web analytics, and Web marketing (e.g., SEO, social, affiliate)
? Proven ability to develop KPIs for measuring site success
? Proven record of working successfully across borders, in multiple time zones, with multiple stakeholders
? Proven record of working effectively in a changing environment, with the ability to change direction based on contingencies or environmental changes while staying true to the business strategy
? Ability to uncover root causes of customer needs and behavior
? Ability to assess competitive landscape to understand drivers of category share and share of customer voice
? Working knowledge of HTML and Web site architecture, as you'll be navigating and communicating within both the technical and customer-facing sides of the Web
? Extreme curiosity about what's happening on the Web
? Open to global travel as and when needed for work purposes
