Customer Service Representative: DRAIN RESCUE PLUMBERS (Toronto, ON)

Drain Rescue is looking for a proven closer!
As a Drain Rescue Customer Service Representative, you will be fielding incoming calls and scheduling appointments for our plumbers and drain technicians to go out and visit customers to assess their plumbing and drain problems. We need a proven closer that can book a minimum of 90% of the incoming calls.
Experience is a necessity as we require someone who is able to handle multiple phone lines; be courteous to customers; and work efficiently from a headset. Furthermore, you must possess sharp data entry skills.
Note: This position is NOT telemarketing.
We provide a 2 day nonpaid training prior to hiring the successful candidate. Upon being hired, you will be compensated for the 2 days of training.
