EFFECTIVE CONFLICT RESOLUTION- Thursday, October 11th, 2012

As we all know, conflict is an unavoidable reality in our personal and work lives. The good news is that when successfully diffused or resolved, conflict can often strengthen relationships and build new common ground from which to move forward. This innovative one-day workshop takes a proven social-psychological approach to conflict resolution. By gaining insight into both the personal and the inter-personal dynamics of conflict, participants come away with clear and effective strategies for averting or diffusing emerging conflicts, resolving current and future conflicts, or in cases where a conflict cannot be fully resolved, mitigating its negative impact and rendering it less problematic for all involved. Using real-life scenarios this interactive, and practical workshop comes with a complete set of workshop materials.
