full time Receptionist/Administrator (Toronto)

We are a large, corporate organization in the downtown core and are currently seeking a temp-to-potential perm Receptionist to help with the smooth running of a high-end, busy office – both in person and over the phone!! Although the primary responsibility of the role will be front line reception duties such as couriers, book and set up over 10 boardrooms, meet and greet etc, this position may also require a variety of alternative tasks as requested from time to time such as ordering supplies, correspondence, filing, processing, etc.

Keys for this role include having a polished and professional demeanor, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a warm/corporate telephone manner and at least 2 years of reception/administration experience from a corporate setting. Experience within MS Office 2007/2010 and completed post-secondary education is required. Please note that the working hours may be either 8:30am – 4:30pm or 11am – 8pm. We are looking for someone who would like the opportunity to grow into an Administrative Assistant role a year or so down the road – this would require frequent overtime so the person must be quite flexible
