full time PT admin assistant (404/Steeles)

Our company requires a PT admin/sales assisstant to assist us with customer service, sales, and data entry. We are seeking an individual who is extremely proficient and quick when it comes to computer work and who is also comfortable on the phone when dealing with sales calls and customer service related issues. Qualified candidates will be extremely knowledgeable with:

-Word, Excel, and Paint programs
-Min. 55wpm and internet search skills a must
-Data entry and recording keeping experience a plus

This position will require that the encumbent handle both customer inquires, invoicing, data entry, and SALES duties. You will be required to maintain contact with current clients as well as to initiate conversation with new clients. We are seeking someone confident and professional with exceptional phone and in person presence.

Also individuals looking to apply for this position should also be a self starter and a multi-tasker extrodinaire as this position requires a multitude of tasks on a daily basis. This position is part time and we are looking for a candidate to start immediately.
