We are looking for someone to work with us at our office at 401 Richmond Street West and virtually.
The duration of this internship is three months with the possibility of prolonging the contract.

The key skills you have are:
1. Word processing
2. Scheduling and coordinating meetings
3. Social media & networking
4. General public relations follow up work
5. General administrative assistance
6. Research

Your experience and capabilities support:
• Researching and writing short articles and content generation for social media
• Coordinating with the agency on site changes and content or other requirement updates
• Support in development in new marketing materials with a designer and writer
• Sales lead generation by research on who to contact and support on meeting requirements
• Expertise with Microsoft Office in PowerPoint presentations and Word Document preparation along with basic Excel Spreadsheet work
• Input leads or data into CRM etc.
• Submission of provided press releases and follow up with media
• Updating/posting content on corporate websites and interfacing with site provider on any requested requirements and SEO optimization, Experience with Wordpress needed.
• Commenting and linking on blogs and social media sites
• And any other general admin type tasks we may need your help with
