The Client
Our client, a rapidly growing organization within the financial services sector, is currently looking for a talented IT Support Administrator to add to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well established and dynamic company. The environment is professional and corporate!

What you will be doing in this role!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing desktop support to the team and managing the company network, CRM and company website. You will be working within a team to create and assess appropriate strategies, and deliver solutions effectively. It is ideal if you have Share point but not mandatory. The candidate should have active directory, exchange, terminal service and WSUS.
• Ensure proper hardware and software design
• Support the Manager
• End user testing
• Implement and manage test sessions and plans
• Writing provisions for changes and improvements to CRM
• Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot problems with Blackberry and set up
• LAN/WAN maintenance
• Assist with price sourcing for new hardware and software
• Supply SharePoint support (2007/2010)

What you should ideally bring to this role!
The ideal candidate will be driven, eager and ambitious with a degree in a relatable field. You should be able to make sound judgment calls and problem solve independently. The ability to meet deadlines, and remain focused while managing multiple projects is a necessity.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience supporting an end user environment
• A Microsoft Certified Professional
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications and database software
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• The ability to build great relationships with third party vendors
• Ability to assist with sourcing out hardware and software is an asset

These are the nice to haves:
Knowledge of SQL and SQL concepts, CRM database experience (any)
Knowledge of VoIP

What your compensation will be!
Base Salary: $38,000-$40,000
2 weeks vacation plus holiday season closure
Sick days and floater days
