Our client is well established bank seeking Senior BSA (Mobile Banking Exposure)
Location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: 4 months (Renewable)
Job Description:

We are looking for a BSA III who must have the technical expertise identified below along with the ability to provide strategic solutions when there are technical challenges presented or identified. This role is a combination of someone who is a strategic thinker with excellent communications skills and technically savvy.

BSA candidates who have lots of energy with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders in various different environments. This candidate would need to be flexible and hard working. Strong communication is required as this individual will be working with senior executives. Candidates with prior experience in Mobile Device Management and Bring your Mobile Device concepts would be preferred along with strong PMLC experience.

Responsible for representing the Mobility Service Management Group in projects relating to Mobile Strategy Definition across all lines of business. Be involved in managing and co-ordinating users' pilots of potential technology solutions and discussions regarding modifications to existing environments and the establishment of new systems. Prior experience in Mobile Device Management and Bring your Mobile Device concepts and the application of solutions are necessary for this role.

Responsibilities will include translating business requirements and technical capabilities to define and deliver a functional end-user service.

By maintaining current awareness of mobile computing strategies and platforms in the marketplace, he/she will identify capabilities and features of each project solution and translate those through documentation and communication.

Must be comfortable discussing information mobile device management concepts, disciplines and practices to all levels of staff and vendors resources. He/she will help to define and promote best practices on Mobile Device capabilities. He/she should be able to apply real world financial industry business and application knowledge to understand the overall Mobile Solutions models to ensure its appropriate placement within the IT infrastructure and to deliver a service solution across all business lines.

Responsibilities also include:
- Provide technical hands on support of new innovative technology
- Project coordination skills to complete assigned objectives and coordination of activities of other staff
- Comply with PMLC including estimates of scope and cost
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues
- Strong report writing and oral communication skills, ability to communication with a broad range of contacts including senior executives
- Elicit requirements, analyze the current state in order to create the design, definition and documentation of business requirements and associated technology and processes
- Proactively draw out and document requirements, information and assumptions (implicit/explicit) from various stakeholders using a variety of tools and techniques
- Understand, challenge, probe, categorize, prioritize, document and reconcile information and requirements
- Validate that the stakeholder's needs have been understood and correctly captured/documented
- Obtain signoff for requirements
- Identify the stakeholders to determine who should be involved in the requirements gathering process
- Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure traceability of appropriate design, solution and documentation to business requirements
- Understand, prioritize and plan the approach based on dependencies between initiatives
- Provide status updates, escalation to manager as appropriate
- Concisely communicate ideas, options and recommendations in an appropriate format for the audience -- ie., use written, numerical, charting, verbal and diagrammatic techniques
- Facilitate and maintain the focus of a diverse group of stakeholders -- use different techniques/approaches in order to build consensus, enable agreement and/or course of action that is mutually agreeable to all stakeholders
- Break down and assess information to analyze and identify conflicts, gaps between requirements/needs and scope, objectives and/or organizational strategies
- Analyze and document workflows, requirements, test cases, and other material to ensure clear communication of complex business concepts and scenarios
- Propose options/alternatives to align requirements with scope / objectives / strategies / needs using the appropriate level of detail for the audience/ issue

Ideal Previous Work Experience:
-Candidate with high level thinking with BSA experience and high energy to be able to develop mobile strategy for the bank.

-Language (Verbal/Written): Strong written and verbal skills

Technical must have skills:
• MS Office
• Business Systems Analysts experience
• Testing
• Mobile device experience
Sharepoint

Nice to have skills:
• Banking experience
• Technical background

Soft Skills Required:
Good communicator, hard working, flexible and can fit into various different work environment, and can work under pressure
