Social Account Managers are responsible for the performance of social clients and increasing revenue generated by their assigned accounts. Primary duties include:

Reporting directly to Regional Director/ General Manager, Social
Advertiser Recruitment: identify new opportunities and following through the complete sales cycle
Client Development: Setting up, monitoring, tweaking and evaluating ad campaigns from our major advertisers -- with a focus on clients advertising Facebook games
Point of Contact for Advertisers: Maintaining communication with our major advertisers/clients
Social Industry Knowledge : playing Facebook games to provide valuable insight to our clients


Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience with post secondary education background
Preferably previous experience in online advertising, affiliate marketing, and/or social media
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) in addition to intermediate level computer knowledge
Strong analytical skills -- useful for evaluating and optimizing campaigns
Great communication skills, detailed-oriented, problem solver, critical thinking abilities
Independent, energetic, driven, motivated, organized hard worker
Good command of written and spoken English, native level Madarin is a must, Cantonese is preferred
Must be able to travel internationally
