Job Information
Working in partnership with Service management, the Training Coordinator manages all training programs in the areas of technical skills, sales / customer skills, safety as well as reporting for service market area North America
Core Responsibilities (reporting line A):
Competency Planning:
1. Collects, reviews and assesses organization wide competency level in all required areas
2. Designs, plans and proposes training programs in support of organizational needs

Program Administration
1. Schedule and process learning and development programs, facilitators (including external vendor and materials if applicable)
2. Processes all participant registrations, approvals, acknowledgements, reminders, travel and lodging requirements.
3. Distributes and collects all pre and post program materials and evaluations.

Material Maintenance & Production
1. Produces new and updates and maintains existing learning and development courseware materials.
2. Produces, processes, assemble, and distribute learning and development courseware materials.
3. Maintains central repository of learning and development courseware materials including version control.
4. Maintains just-in-time inventory of all learning & development courseware materials.

Tracking & Reporting
1. Administers and maintains central repository of all learning and development related databases including performance management, succession planning, learning and development, engagement and retention.
2. Produces monthly, quarterly, and annual tracking reports.
3. Produces weekly reports on management training program participants.
4. Responds to ad hoc reporting requests.
Core Responsibilities (reporting line B, if relevant):
• Co-operation with Technology Owners at Technology Business Areas for proper documentation and training materials
• Service product training materials from SPC Product Mgmt

Education / Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors Degree, English or Education Major preferred
Experience (in expert / leadership role):
3 - 5 years of experience in the implementation and sustainment of training programs preferred
