We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Coordinator (Sharepoint/ Banking) for 6 months contract with the possibility of extension, our client that is a well-established bank located in Toronto, ON.

Description

• Responsible for providing project support to Program Manager and program team and providing general administrative duties as needed.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides project coordination and support on assigned projects.
• Participates in meetings with clients and task members and identifies additional follow up needs. Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar, setting up meetings, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, entering time and filing expense reports.
• Taking minutes, managing and tracking action log.
• Prepare and support presentation materials for program team and executive steering committees.
• Manage and track assumptions, issues, risks and change management.
• Develop and maintain program SharePoint site.
• Gather and prepare project and program status reports.


Skills and Competencies:
• Possess basic level of Project Management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from technical staff to senior management.
• Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure.
• Analytical thinker, with ability to solve problems.
• Can deal with ambiguity and requests for change
• Budgeting, project costs management (managing vendor cost is an asset).
• Facilitation Skills.
• Excellent knowledge of SharePoint.
• High attention to details.
• Promotes innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implements best practices.


Must have high expertise in the following tools:
• SharePoint
• MS PowerPoint
• Visio
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS Project
• MS Outlook


Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.

• Financial experience would be an asset, but it is not a must have for this position.
