Do you have a proven track record of qualifying and closing deals? We're currently looking for Senior Recruiters for our centrally located downtown office. This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement business. The associate in this position will participate in recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send-outs and filling orders. They will also work with client development, obtaining job orders, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating Randstad Sourceright accounts and taking a positive proactive approach in partnering with our clients. As a member of the Randstad Sourceright recruitment team, this individual must project a professional image both internally and externally; understand business/organizational challenges and provide innovative solutions that support the growth of Randstad Sourceright.


• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to successfully interface with clients (internal and external at all levels)
• Proven ability to work positively within a team environment
• Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
• Proactive with the ability to mitigate circumstance to minimize the impact to client deliverables
• Ability to deliver service excellence and build strong relationships with clients
• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
• Gap analysis and process improvement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness with client deliverables and processes
• Ability to adapt priorities in line with changing business needs and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to train existing and new team members
• Ability to qualify and close deals
• Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
• Knowledge of commonly used recruiting concepts, practices and procedures for sourcing and screening in a recruiting and internal staffing environment

High school diploma or equivalent required
College degree strongly preferred

5+ years recruiting experience with strong staffing and/or customer service experience. Human resources, corporate or client specific experience a plus.

Remuneration is negotiable based on experience
