full time FT Receptionist / Administrator for Busy Real Estate Office (Toronto)

Busy west end Toronto boutique real estate office seeks a full-time receptionist / administrator who is looking for a challenge and loves to work in a fast-paced environment. The position will comprise of equal amounts of administrative and marketing tasks.

We are looking for an incumbent with previous administrative experience who is computer savvy and comfortable working with a variety of programs. We are not looking to train a candidate from scratch, but rather to help you expand on your existing experiense in an administrative and creative capacity.

These are skills that we will absolutely require:
? previous experience working in a real estate office environment
? excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher (Excel is also an asset)
? excellent knowledge of QuickOffice Commander
? excellent knowledge of EasyOffer and Web Forms
? excellent phone manner with an ability to handle a multi-line phone system
? excellent attention to detail (for example, those in the running will be able to spot the spelling error in this posting)
? an extremely high regard for punctuality
? a no-nonsense attitude when it comes to multi-tasking and organization

Our dream administrator will also have:
? experience with an intermediate design program like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design or Quark
? working knowledge of Top Producer or similar database system
? experience working with social media websites as well as blogs
