Server Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Performing problem solving with attention to detail and minimal direction
• Support existing core infrastructure, integrate new systems and troubleshoot problems. Ensure the overall health of infrastructure services and hardware. System maintenance is maintained at an acceptable level
• Observe, respond to alerts/alarms conditions and resolve problems, initiate immediate corrective action and or escalate issues as necessary
• Drive and assist with operation projects including preparation of daily/weekly status reports and documentation
• Maintain and continuously analyze processes making recommendations that improve the level of overall service being provided of technical skills and responsibility.

Requirements :
• 5 years hands-on practical IT experience in a professional environment
• Strong analytical skills with exceptionally good judgement and ability to rapidly adapt to unfamiliar and changing situations/events
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Server Administrator (or better)
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2003/ 2008
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server & Workstation, Active Directory and disaster recovery concepts.
• Extensive experience with network backups and restoration of files, including knowledge of backup software and backup hardware platforms (tape libraries, auto loaders and disk- to-disk devices).
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN infrastructure and TCP/IP routing, DNS, SNMP and DHCP.
• Strong Knowledge of virtualization technologies (i.e. VMware)
• Strong command of the English language and able to communicate complex topics in a pleasant, understandable and professional manner (oral and written)
• Works well independently and in a team with minimal supervision
