full time Team Leader and/or Recruitment Manager (Mississauga and Oakville Locations)

We are actively searching for a dynamic individual to join our management team. The team leader is responsible for recruiting and production; he/she focuses on bringing the best talent on board, moving our Realtors into greater production levels and working with our top teams to continue their development to the pinnacle of the business.
This position requires a strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry, a focused dedication to lead generation and production management and a desire to work with, and develop, the top tier Realtors in our market.

The Team Leader position is an incentive based position consisting of a competitive base salary with recruiting, production and profitability bonuses. This is not a conventional manager position; it is an opportunity to drive forward a growing Real Estate company, work with an incredible management team and interact with high minded, business savvy professionals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies to target and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, attending open-houses, industry events, targeted list cold-calling etc.
2. Oversee the entire life-cycle recruitment process from researching backgrounds, qualifying candidates, screening and performing candidate assessment to identify "fit and future potential", hire and negotiate contracts and closing including administrative documentation.
3. Guide agents through a 180 day on-boarding process and ensure milestones and touch points were successfully met. Liaison with Accountability Administrator and General Manager to ensure milestones were met.
4. Design, build and implement innovative recruitment programs to build and foster relationships with future potential recruits.
5. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads for prospecting new recruits
