In preparation for our next round of hiring later this summer, we are currently accepting resumes for full-time Software Support Specialists to work at our office located in Mississauga, Ontario.

The primary responsibility of the Support Specialist is to provide telephone support to new and existing customers regarding Reynolds and Reynolds business software products and services. You will serve as a single point of ownership for reported customer problems to ensure resolution and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

The goal of this role is to understand customer business processes and apply priorities to calls accordingly while following call centre procedures to document customer issues, troubleshooting steps and resolution in a call tracking tool. Escalate reported issues to the next level of support as appropriate.

Extensive paid training includes on-the-job training with an experienced team of Support Specialists, web-based training modules and the possibility of travelling to our corporate headquarters in Dayton, Ohio to attend classroom-based training.

- University degree or College diploma, preferably in Business or Technology
- Previous experience in customer service OR technical support
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available to work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays
