full time Help/Service Support Representative (Markham)

Our client has an immediate need for Help/ Service support Representative.

Expert knowledge of multiple tools and resources used to troubleshoot and complete client requests, ensure adherence to established processes and security guidelines. Excellent verbal, listening, speech quality communication skills
Ability to speak fluent English, Efficient multi-tasking; commitment to expedient yet consistent and thorough service, Able to quickly learn & understand, Ability to work effectively within a large team, Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic environment
Strong team interaction, Excellent work ethic, Strong troubleshooting skills using good logic and efficient methods, Flexible to scheduling changes and overtime as required, Demonstrate willingness to seek solutions through knowledge base documentation
Minimum 2 year IT College Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution, Technical training or equivalent experience in ID Administration, Knowledge of e-Mail systems: Outlook Exchange, Knowledge of Mainframe ACF2 and Notes Applications
Good understanding of the Active Directory environment, Familiarity with Wealth specific applications such as, but not limited to ISM, , AS400, Knowledge of Security and Audit procedures and policies.
